Dr. Barki is highly regarded by her patients for her compassion and excellent quality of care. She was chosen as one of three "Best of the Best" physicians in the country, appearing on 'CBS This Morning" after being nominated by a patient. With over 20 years of experience, her patients have come to rely on her outstanding medical expertise as well as her unique ability to listen and comfort.

Dr. Barki is one of few doctors in the area who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and speaks English with an 'Okie" accent. She moved to Oklahoma from Taiwan at the age of 16 and has been a loyal Oklahoman ever since. She completed all her higher education at the University of Oklahoma, receiving degrees in math and medicine and becoming a board certified OB/GYN.

Her husband, Hansa, has a career in pharmacy and has been employed at Mercy Health Center for over 30 years. Together they have raised two children, Brian and Jessica. Brian and his wife Jamie, whom he met while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, have two children. Brian received his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma and is currently an anesthesiology resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jessica graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in food sciences and nutrition. She resides in Chicago and is employed as an assistant manager of operations for EcoSure, a division of Ecolab.

Dr Barki uses her own experiences in life as well as her training as an OB/GYN to relate to and care for her patients. She is known for her boundless energy and her constant pursuit of excellence in her medical practice and her personal life. She has many outside interests including tennis, golf, scuba diving, snow skiing, reading and yoga. She is just as passionate today about her work as she was when she first started her career and considers it a privilege to be able to help her patients through all stages of their lives.
